Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.

Shipping Locations

I currently ship to Australia and New Zealand, and I’m working on expanding, so stay tuned!

Dispatch/Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 – 4 business days, sooner where possible.

Shipping within Australia

I use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2–6 business days and express orders in 1–3 business days, depending on where you are located. Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

International Shipping

I ship international orders with Australia Post. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 6–16 business days and express orders in 4–12 business days. Regional and rural locations may take longer.

Please check for any local customs duties or import taxes, as these will be your responsibility.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Don’t worry, I’ll always let you know the cost before you finalise your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey from my door to yours. You’ll get all the tracking details in an email once it ships.

Address Accuracy

Make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order! I can’t be responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect addresses. If you spot an error right after ordering, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to fix it.
