Returns Policy

Change-of-mind returns

I totally get it—sometimes things just don’t work out.

Here’s what you need to know about returns:

I offer returns within 30 days of the date you place your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to return an item

To start a return:

  1. Send me an email at hello@daringstrengthcreations.com.au with your order number and list the item(s) you want to return.
  2. I’ll send you all the return instructions and address.
  3. Ship the item back to me, and once I receive it, I’ll process your refund.

Refund process

Once I receive the returned item, I’ll inspect it, and as long as everything looks good, I’ll provide your refund through the original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable (unless it was my mistake – Jump to Is something not right with your order?).

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is on you unless the item is defective or there was a mistake with your order. I recommend using a trackable service for returns, just in case!

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, just follow the return process and place a new order for what you’d like. Easy peasy!

Non-returnable items

Some items can’t be returned if you change your mind, including:

  • custom or personalised items
  • gift cards.

Is something not right with your order?

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email me as soon as possible with a photo so I can sort it out quickly. I’ll arrange to have the affected items shipped back to me at my expense, and send you either a replacement or refund.

If your whole order is affected, I’ll refund your shipping fees in full. If only part of your order is impacted, shipping fees will be refunded proportionately.

Missing items

If your order arrives with a missing item or an item which is different to what you ordered, please contact me via email, as soon as possible and provide as much information as you can about the problem so I can sort things out.
